We are seeking a highly ambitious individual who is dedicated to changing their lives over the next few years, by working in a challenging but highly rewarding 360 Dealing role. This is an opportunity for a self-starter – someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them.

Reporting to the Commercial Director the 360 Sales/Dealer will focus on maintaining and developing client relationships in order to grow Interpolitan revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities:
  • Originate new business via cold calling and networking with existing clients for business referrals
  • Service an existing portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products
  • Professionally manage all aspects of our relationships with our clients including information flows, deal execution, payment administration and all queries that client’s may have from time to time
  • Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms
  • Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
  • Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high margin products, and increasing wallet-share
  • Building & maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings


  • Strong financial sales experience (2-4 years in an FX dealing role). Contacts network would be an advantage
  • Experience of working in a commercial bank (one or several) selling to SME's and financial institutions
  • Excellent knowledge of KYC, AML and compliance procedures
