About the Role

We are seeking a highly ambitious graduate who is dedicated to changing their lives over the next few years, by working in a challenging but highly rewarding Banking Associate role.

Working across a hybrid position of business development and account management you will be responsible for building a portfolio of high-value partnerships from the ground-up.

  • Lead sourcing

  • Sales outbound and business development

  • Nurturing prospects

  • Researching segments, sectors, regional and international markets

  • Build an eco-system of professional services

  • CRM management (Full training provided)

  • Present and communicate Interpolitan solutions to prospects

  • Networking and attending industry events

  • Support partnership and attend relevant webinars, events, exhibitions

  • Work closely with marketing and onboarding teams

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree.

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English

  • Knowledge in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Analytical skills

  • Planning, prioritisation and time-management skills

  • Ability to communicate efficiently

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Packages (Word / Excel and PowerPoint)
