About the Role
We are seeking an experienced & qualified candidate as a Lead Content Manager to join our Global Marketing Team.
You will be leading a team of ambitious professionals & oversee the company’s content in digital & print media across all channels. You will put together a strategic objective for the company’s content management & execute the strategy to drive sales.
It is important that you are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You should be well-versed with data analytics to personalise and optimize content. This role requires you to have regular C-Level interaction to build new opportunities to present the company’s products through innovative content management techniques & processes.
Lead and manage the content calendar to capitalise on industry trends and topics to build the hype around our core strategic narrative and priorities
Work closely with leadership team to create content campaigns which generate news stories and support media opportunities
Take ownership and be the guardian of our brand tone of voice, to ensure high standards are maintained across all content on our platforms (CMS/CRM/App), inbound / outbound marketing, blogs, social
Develop and create a roadmap for product, sales and partnership collateral
Development to delivery of fresh ideas to showcase the thinking and points of view of the team behind our capabilities
Create guidelines, best practice and templates for internal and external use
Develop points of view, white papers, how-to guides, articles, reports and thought leadership pieces working closely with subject matter experts within the business
Interpret data, reports and customer research into aspirational, inspirational and informational pieces to drive engagement
Maximise delivery, reach and engagement of content using SEO best practice, content placements, guest contributions, paid amplification, using any medium thought best suited ( text, video, podcast, infographics, etc) to reach our targeted audiences
Oversight of the Interpolitan blog to deliver engagement, social growth and our brand profile amplification.
Monitor and report on performance of new and updated content to gauge success, then refine strategy/ editorial calendars accordingly
Manage feedback, version control and the sign off processes
Brief graphic designer to work on the design and graphics elements required to support content
Work with the international teams to ensure content is integrated and optimised for any localisation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in content or editorial roles for both digital and offline content.
Able to demonstrate proficiency in communications, managing work flows, process, priorities and deadlines
Strong project management skills, including experience in managing and briefing multiple internal and external stakeholders
End-to-end campaign management
Ability to establish, develop and maintain a network of relationships across multiple business units and the leadership team.
Dynamic and impactful B2B and B2C writing and proof reading skills
Experience in one or more of the following industries, SME, Banking, Finance, Payments, FinTech, Import/Export, Investing, FX
Experience in managing content across international markets
Implementing localisation considerations
Proactive, ideas focused, with the ability to work across multiple teams to bring strategies to life across a multi-channel environment
