About the Role

We are seeking experienced individuals who want to be part of the key growth of our company, by working in a challenging but highly rewarding role. This is an opportunity to be contributing to the growth of the company by shadowing the leadership.

You will be responsible for the entire management of the office including coordinating with employees, management, vendors, finance & payroll teams to oversee smooth functioning of the business.

It is important that you are a strategic thinker with strong business acumen. You will be well-versed in current technological trends and keep up to date with changing technologies to make sure our productivity levels continue to remain as expected by the management. You will also be responsible for;

• Overseeing general office operations
• Work closely with the management team by managing their meetings, schedules & travels
• Oversee & Purchase general office supplies & equipment and maintain proper stock levels
• Creating presentations & other management-level reports


  • Oversee & support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Perform receptionist duties where required, and handle all logistics for in-office client meetings

  • Develop office policies & procedures, and ensure they are properly implemented

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements & make recommendations to the senior management

  • Manage office budget by coordinating with the Finance, Payroll & Other relevant teams

  • Prepare presentations as directed by the management & also can present them

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Min 3-5 years of work experience as an office manager or administration roles

  • Proven experience in handling HR & Finance related activities

  • Experience in handling vendors & negotiating price for office stock supplies & other purchases as needed

  • Excellent interpersonal skill with an ability to interact with all levels of staff in the office

  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills (proficiency in English is compulsory)

  • Proficient in MS Office and should be able to make presentations & data management to generate reports for the senior management

  • Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
