We are seeking ambitious individuals who are dedicated to changing their lives over the next few years, by working in a challenging but highly rewarding Strategic Alliance role. This is an opportunity for a self-starter – someone with big ambitions, but also the urgency and resilience to achieve them.

Reporting to the Commercial Director the Strategic Alliance Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing business partnerships that will accelerate the adoption of the Interpolitan solution.

You will have a strong entrepreneurial sense and a background in strategic alliances, partnership or account management and/or business development. The focus is to build and execute win-win solutions with existing and new partners to grow Interpolitan revenue and secure Interpolitan market share.

Working across a hybrid position of business development and account management you will be responsible for building a portfolio of high-value partnerships from the ground-up.

After an internal training period about our products and services, you will be an Interpolitan sales expert allowing you to:
  • Cultivate, manage and grow relationships with solid Interpolitan global strategic partners
  • Develop a deep understanding of Partner organisations and map key areas of focus relative to Interpolitan objectives; determine gaps in the Partner ecosystem
  • Establish personal relationships with key personnel at relevant partner and alliance organizations in order to influence their internal awareness of the Interpolitan account solution
  • Identify prospective new strategic partners to complement Interpolitan products from a business and technical perspective; manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners; convey Interpolation’s value proposition and relationship value across partner organizations; position Interpolitan as a wide array of opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Product management, Customer support teams
  • Work closely with Interpolitan sales, marketing, and product management teams to create necessary linkages with strategic partner organization as needed
  • Other day to day tasks include: design, execute, and manage joint business/marketing plans and drive execution, services & product portfolio alignment, manage business reviews with these partners. Create solution briefs outlining the benefits of the partnership
