1. Promoter

The promoter is Interpolitan Money Plc, whose registered office and company details can be found on the Regulatory Information page of our website.

 

2. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to survey respondents aged 18 or over.

• Employees of Interpolitan Money Plc, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
   

3. How to Enter

• To enter the prize draw, complete the Interpolitan Money survey in full before the closing date.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
   

4. Prizes

• First prize: one £200 Amazon e-gift card.

• Second prizes: one £100 Amazon e-gift cards.

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Interpolitan Money Plc reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside its control.
   

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Closing date for survey submissions will be 30/09/25

• Winners will be drawn at random from all valid survey entries received by the closing date.

• The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

• Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in the survey within 14 days of the draw.

• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Interpolitan Money Plc reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner.
   

6. Delivery of Prizes

• Amazon e-gift cards will be delivered electronically to the winner’s nominated email address.

• Interpolitan Money Plc will not be responsible if a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect details supplied, spam filters, or other technical issues.
   

7. Data Protection

• Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be used solely for administering the prize draw and in accordance with Interpolitan Money Plc’s Privacy Policy.

• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that their name may be used in winner announcements (unless they request otherwise).
   

8. General

• Interpolitan Money Plc reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw and/or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.

• The decision of Interpolitan Money Plc regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

• The prize draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
