When we were listed in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work last year, we felt genuinely proud. However, we didn’t use the award as an excuse to rest on our laurels. Instead, it motivated us to keep improving and build an even better workplace for our team. With that in mind, we’re delighted to share that we’ve been included on the list for the second year in a row.

This morning, The Sunday Times, powered by WorkL, revealed the Best Places to Work in the UK for 2025. This nationwide workplace survey recognises over 500 of Britain’s top employers across seven industries and a range of sizes, celebrating the best workplaces for women, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers and overall wellbeing.

We're proud to have built a workplace where people from all backgrounds come together and work seamlessly as a team. This mix of perspectives makes us stronger, fuelling our creativity and allowing us to collaborate in exciting and innovative ways.

''I love the flexibility and trust my company gives me. It allows me to balance my work and personal life effectively. Moreover, I feel valued and appreciated every day,” says Bozhidar Srebrev. “The leadership genuinely cares about our growth and well-being and as a result I’ve grown so much professionally since joining in 2023.''

Jon East agrees. ““Being named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second year running is a tremendous honour and a reflection of the culture we’ve built together,” he explains. “As we continue to grow at pace, it’s a testament to the dedication, energy and ambition of every team member, and we remain committed to creating an environment that empowers everyone.”

We’re delighted that our team members enjoy working at Interpolitan. As 2025 unfolds, we’ll continue finding ways to make Interpolitan an even better place to grow and thrive.

About The Sunday Times Best Places to Work

Every spring, workplace happiness database WorkL and The Sunday Times team up to collect and present the latest insights on what makes a "best place to work”.

If a company wants to be considered for the coveted list, the majority of their employees need to fill out a survey. This survey asks them how they genuinely feel about their jobs and the company they work for, touching on topics like reward and recognition, pride, empowerment, information-sharing, well-being and job satisfaction.

“When I founded Interpolitan, one of my goals was to create a company where people were given the support and tools to succeed and work well together,” explains Interpolitan CEO Rishi Patel. “I believe that when people are put in the right environment, they flourish. It's been wonderful to watch the team develop and personally empowering to lead the development of new initiatives that make Interpolitan a great place to work.”

We want to thank everyone at Interpolitan for their continued dedication and commitment to making our company a nurturing place to be. Being recognised by The Sunday Times for the second year in a row reflects the culture we’ve built together, and we look forward to making Interpolitan an even more rewarding workplace as the years unfold.
