The Sunday Times features Interpolitan Money in list of Best Places to Work 2024

LONDON, UK - 10 May, 2024 – We are thrilled to share that Interpolitan Money has been featured in the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.

Today, The Sunday Times, powered by WorkL, revealed the Best Places to Work in the UK for 2024. This nationwide workplace survey celebrates Britain's top employers - which number over 500 organisations across industries and sizes - and acknowledges the best workplaces for women, LGBTQIA+ community, disabled employees, ethnic minorities, younger and older workers, and wellbeing.

We’re honoured to have been listed, not just because it affirms our dedication to employee engagement and well-being but also because it reflects positively on everyone at Interpolitan. Our team members work constructively and openly with each other to drive success and build a great company culture, and we consider this accolade a testament to all of them.

About The Sunday Times Best Places to Work

Every year, The Sunday Times partners with WorkL to deliver fresh insights into what makes a “best place to work". Participating companies receive a survey, which the majority of their employees must fill out before the business can be considered for inclusion on the Best Places to Work list.

The 26-question WorkL questionnaire touches on topics like reward and recognition, instilling pride, information-sharing, empowerment, well-being and job satisfaction to gain an insight into each company.

“We’re proud to be recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024,” says Interpolitan Money Founder and CEO Rishi Patel. “As a values-led organisation, we use five core principles to support employee growth and commercial development in the UK and abroad. Because the Interpolitan team is central to our success, we regularly create new initiatives to nurture our employees.”

“Most recently, we introduced enhanced private healthcare,” he continues. “Now, we have two exciting new policies in the pipeline: Interpolitan Volunteer Day, which employees can use to support a charity of their choice, and an exclusive Interpolitan Unplugged wellness week to promote mental health, well-being and mindfulness.”

We want to thank everyone at Interpolitan for their dedication and commitment to making our company a great place to be. Together, we will continue creating an inspiring, empowering workplace in the years to come.
